Blessed Performance Regulated Return Fuel System 2003-2007 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke

Blessed Performance offers our all new in house built and assembled Regulated Return Kit for your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0 Powerstroke. Made with flexible lines and top of the line AN fittings we have developed our kit to fit perfectly every time. This kit comes with all the proper fitting and lines to allow you to mount your regulator or the cowl of the truck next to the brake master cylinder allowing for less clutter over the engine. We include a custom fabricated bracket for a seamless installation. The regulator of our choice is the FASS Fuel System Regulator with a Blessed Performance gauge to allow you reliable diaphragm regulating of the fuel system. 

Installing a regulated return on your 6.0 Powerstroke allows the fuel system to properly regulate fuel for the injectors. The 6.0 Powerstroke has several flaws one of them being the fuel system dead heads at the back of the fuel rail in the head. This can cause air pockets in the system and these air pockets can hurt your injectors causing them to attempt to inject air which can hurt the internal fuel plate and spring of the injector. By tying the end of the heads together with a regulator to return fuel to the tank we are able to remove the damage of dead heading the fuel at the back of the heads. This is a must have for all 6.0 Powerstroke trucks that are stock to 1500HP.
